Change something later
Ask for a change in the conversation and see what stays, what changes and what is new before you agree.
To change an application after you have agreed it, ask in the conversation. LobLogix shows what the change affects before anything happens.
Ask for the change
Write what you want, for example “Discounts over ten percent should need the manager’s approval.”
Read what changes
A card appears that begins Here’s what changes. Each line carries a tag:
| Tag | Meaning |
|---|---|
| staying | Already agreed, and not affected |
| changing | Already agreed, and altered by this request |
| new | Added by this request |
| for later | Set aside, not built now |
| doing it now | Was set aside, now included |
| dropping | Was agreed, now removed |
| back on | Was refused or dropped, now included again |
The card ends Everything else stays as it is.
Agree, or change it again
Nothing changes until you agree. After you agree, LobLogix writes the changes and you review them as usual. See Review proposed changes.
Small edits by hand
You can also edit the specification yourself in the Living Spec tab. See Read and edit your Living Spec.
History
On Your Crew, each piece of work shows how many times its agreement has changed, with the dates.
Before a big change
Start a separate working copy first, so the current version stays untouched. See Sheets and save points.
