Tell the assistant what your business needs in a few plain sentences. It asks questions before it writes anything.

Where to write

AI Assistant opens with your workspace. If it is closed, use the round button at the bottom right.

What to include

  1. What you keep track of. “We rent out equipment. Each item has a daily rate and a condition.”
  2. Who uses it. “Counter staff take bookings. The manager approves discounts.”
  3. Rules that must always hold. “An item cannot be booked twice for the same day.”
  4. What happens, in order. “A booking is requested, confirmed, collected, returned, then closed.”
  5. What you do not need yet. “Loyalty points can wait.”

The kind of business does not matter. Course bookings, supplier invoices, field visits and membership renewals are all described the same way.

What happens next

The assistant asks questions, one card at a time, marked Question — awaiting your answer. As you answer, a summary grows under three headings: Proposed capabilities, Things to track and For later.

If you would rather see a first version straight away, choose Skip ahead — generate with your best guess.

What helps

Have these nearby: the column headings of the spreadsheet you use now, a form you fill in, a written procedure, and a list of who does what.

Language

You can write in your own language. We test in English, so quality in other languages is not yet measured. The workspace itself is in English.
