AI usage and your monthly allowance
Your company has a monthly allowance for AI work. Here is where to see it and what happens when it runs out.
Your company has a monthly allowance for the AI work LobLogix does on your behalf. When it is used up, AI steps pause until the next month or until the allowance is changed.
How the allowance works
- LobLogix sets the allowance for your company, in US dollars.
- It starts again on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC.
- Unused allowance does not carry over.
Where to see it
Company Admins open Profile and choose Company AI usage and spending. The page is titled Usage & spending and shows:
- Monthly AI limit, Used this month, Pending usage and Remaining allowance.
- Usage by application and by person.
This page shows usage only. It does not take payments or issue invoices.
Before a rewrite of your specification
When you ask for something that writes or rewrites your specification, LobLogix reads back what it is about to do and waits. Choose Make these changes to go ahead, or simply write something different.
A list you have already agreed counts as your yes, so building from it does not ask again. Other AI work, such as writing checks, starts when you choose it and counts against the allowance.
When AI steps will not start
- Your company’s AI allowance has not been set up yet. Contact us to have it set.
- No allowance is available for new AI requests. The month’s allowance is used or reserved. Wait for the new month or contact us.
- AI usage is paused while a charge is reviewed. We are checking an unusual charge. Contact us if it lasts.
Reading, editing by hand and versioning keep working while AI steps are paused.
